Prof. Dr. Ir. Wendi Usino, M.Sc., M.M.Wendi Usino was appointed as Rector of Universitas Budi Luhur, since 2019. Before, he was Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of Universitas Budi Luhur , Jakarta in 2006, as Deputy Rector for Academic Affairs in 2013, and as Deputy Rector for Academic & Student Affairs in 2017. He received his Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Universitas Budi Luhur, Jakarta, and pursued his Master Degree in Computer Information Science at Coleman University, San Diego, USA. He also hold a Master Degree in Management, majoring in International Business at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, Jakarta, Indonesia. Wendi Usino completed his doctoral degree at Faculty of Information Science & Technology in National University of Malaysia and earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science.
A long with his academic career in teaching and research, he was appointed as National IT Consultant by International Labor Organization for Restructuring Social Security System in Indonesia, and as IT Master Plan designer for Directorate of Mental Health, Ministry of Health of Republic Indonesia, as part of his community service activities. He is also active as National Board Member of Indonesia Lecturer Association (ADI) as Head of IT Division and Association of Computing, Informatique Higher Education (APTIKOM) as Head of International Collaboration Division and Head of Ikatan Ahli Informatika Indonesia (IAII) Province of DKI Jakarta.
In research and conference, he is actively join as a member of IEEE and AIS (Association for Information System) especially at SIGBD (Special Interest Group in Big Data). Since 2006, He also involved and participated in many national or international conferences such as International Organization for Information Integration and Web Based Applications & Services (IiWAS), International Conference o Science in Information Technology (ICSItech), International Conference on Informatic and Computing (ICIC), International Conference on Computing, Engineering, and Design (ICCED), International Conference on Cyber Security, Cyber War and Digital Forensic (CyberSec) as a reviewer, member of program committee or co-chairman of organizing committee. He delivered speeches as invited keynote speaker at 1st International Conference on Information Technology Education 2018, 3rd International Conference on ICT in Education 2018 held in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, 3rd International Conference on Engineering and Technology 2019 in Istanbul, Turkey, and International Conference On Information & Communication Technology for Better Life (ICT4BL) 2019, in Bangkok, Thailand, 2nd ICT4BL 2022, in Jakarta. He also actively involved in 2023 Anadolu University International Staff Mobility Week Program, participated by delegates from 20 universities from 17 countries, and funded by Erasmus+.

Paul van der VeerPaul van der Veer has extensive strategic management, consultancy, and marketing experience. For many years he was working as executive director in European organizations and in Indonesia, and is active in International development of University – and Applied Sciences programs. Since 2016 he is, as Chairman of INIT International, active in Indonesia and the Netherlands with the implementation of international cooperation and – development in upskill and Internships programs, software engineering, Low-coding in IT and Cyber Security.

Dr. Ir. Gandung Triyono, M.KomGandung Triyono has earned a Bachelor of Computer Science (S.Kom) and Master of Computer Science (M.Kom) from Universitas Budi Luhur, Jakarta, Indonesia. Then he earned a Doctorate in Computer Science (Dr.) from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Finally, he earned a professional degree (Ir.) from the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Currently, Gandung Triyono is actively teaching at Universitas Budi Luhur, Jakarta. In addition to actively teaching, Gandung Triyono has experience in the IT industry since 1999. His experience ranges from technical to managerial.

Leo van Koppen, MSITLeo van Koppen, is an innovator in education. With his entrepreneurial spirit he has created new education in secondary, higher and scientific education. (MSIT) At the end of the 1980s he was successively at the start of the Computer Science courses at vocational programs. After a short trip to business areas in 1998, he returned to Higher Education. At The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS) he developed together with colleagues, dual forms of education for big companies like ING Bank. Together with TUDelft, University of Leiden and THUAS, an executive master cyber security program has been developed, which started at the Cyber Security Academy in the Netherlands in 2015.
Finally, as associate to INIT International and P.T. INIT Indonesia Vision he is active with some regularity at a University in Jakarta, Indonesia and adviser to Universities and Polytechnics on the development and implementation of cybersecurity education.
Developing and Educating young people, especially in the field of cybersecurity still remains his mission. He also contributes to professionals in the cybersecurity education area and international recognized organizations such as PVIB, ISACA, ISC2, IDnext and HSD
